Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient contact under supervision of the licensed therapy provider.
• Assist with patient positioning, transfers, and gait training.
• Support initiation and progression of therapeutic modalities.
• Perform registration, scheduling and basic billing-related tasks for patients.
• Maintain and organize therapy equipment and supplies.
• Clean and disinfect treatment areas and equipment per standards.
• Review therapy orders in EMR and route patients appropriately.
• Engage patients with warm, professional communication.
• Monitor the therapy environment to meet patient experience standards.
