Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Rehab Aide for our outpatient physical therapy center in Uniontown, PA. You will assist therapists with rehabilitation procedures and support daily center operations. This per diem role may include evening hours and requires attention to patient conditions and documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED, with CPR and First Aid certifications preferred. Prior outpatient PT experience is a plus and patients will benefit from your care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: CPR certification and First Aid certification.
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures and assist with therapy sessions.
• Organize, schedule, and keep records of ancillary services and support center operations.
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions or responses to treatment.
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment for procedures.

Position: Rehab Aide

Type of Employment: Per Diem

Schedule: Hours not guarantee (some evening until 7pm)Compensation: $10.00 - $12.00/hour (pending experience)

In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment
