Job summary

Select Medical in Stevens Township, PA is seeking a Rehab Aide to support therapists in outpatient rehabilitation and center operations. This full-time role runs on Weekdays with 2/3 evenings until 7pm, and compensation ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience.

You will assist therapists, organize schedules, and maintain records for ancillary services while observing patient responses to treatment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a pre-health profession (biology, rehabilitation sciences, exercise science).
• 1 year of scheduling experience.
• CPR certification.
• First aid certification.
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions.
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment.
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.).
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment.
