Job summary

Talentify in Allison Park, PA is seeking a Rehab Aide Float to support therapists in outpatient rehabilitation and help manage center operations. The role is full-time with evenings hours and compensation $10.00–$12.00/hour depending on experience. You will assist with procedures, keep records, schedule services, and help maintain equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions.
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment.
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.).
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment.
