Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Rehab Aide to support therapists in outpatient physical therapy, manage scheduling, and help run center operations at our Stevens, PA location. The role requires ensuring accurate records and assisting with rehabilitation procedures.

The position is full-time, weekdays with occasional evening hours, offering competitive hourly pay based on experience and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a pre-health profession preferred.
• 1 year of scheduling experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support center functions.
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions.
• Play a role in center operations such as scheduling ancillary services and following up.
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment.

Position: Rehab Aide

Location: 63-65 W Church Street Stevens, PA 17578

Type of Employment: Full Time

Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday (2/3 evenings until 7pm)

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00/hour based on experience

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a pre-health profession (biology, rehabilitation sciences, exercise science, etc.)
• 1 Year of Scheduling Experience
