Talentify is seeking a Rehab Aide for our outpatient physical therapy center in Elmwood Park, IL. This full-time, on-site role supports therapists and helps manage rehabilitation procedures and center operations.

Hours include two evenings per week, with compensation of $17.00 to $19.50 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification
• First aid certification
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
• Bilingual
