Job summary

Select Medical in Chicago is seeking a Rehab Aide to support therapists in outpatient physical therapy. You will help carry out rehabilitation procedures, organize scheduling and records of ancillary services, and assist with center operations.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma or GED; CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred. Prior experience in an outpatient PT center is a plus. You will work closely with a caring team to help patients on their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions.
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment.
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.).
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment.

Type of Employment: Part-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary)Compensation: $17.50-$18.00/hour (pending experience)
