Presbyterian Village North is hiring a Full-Time Rehab Administrative Assistant to support the Rehabilitation Team. The role involves multitasking and collaboration to help residents and patients, with typical hours Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years Admin./Clerical experience required.
• Ability to complete on-the-job training with Therapy staff.
• Proficient with therapy billing and clinical software.
• Strong MS Office and MS Excel skills required.
• Ability to assist with insurance verification for outpatient therapy.

Responsibilities

• Model a service attitude and take initiative to improve processes.
• Admin tasks, projects and coordination of therapy departments at multiple campuses.
• Maintain safety by reporting hazards.
• Enter data in MS Word/Excel and use Adobe as needed.
• Schedule daily therapist/patient appointments and communicate with families.
• Manage department supplies and DME logs.
• Place and receive orders for department supplies.
• Assist in cleaning and maintenance of treatment areas.
• Attend Rehab meetings and other meetings as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by Rehab leadership.
