Presbyterian Village North seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join the Therapy Department on a PRN basis. You will provide resident therapies under supervision, document progress, and support education for residents and staff in a faith-based care setting.

Ideal candidates have SNF/LTC experience, PDPM knowledge, and strong communication with residents and families. Flexible Monday–Friday schedule with possible weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in Texas.
• Experience in SNF/LTC/IL/AL/OP or mature population rehab.
• PDPM treatment knowledge.
• Basic computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Document treatment and progress notes in the medical record.
• Educate residents, families and staff on therapies.
• Screen residents for potential benefit from PT.
• Participate in in-services and meetings.
• Maintain continuing education per licensure requirements.
