Taidou LLC. is a private management consulting firm delivering measurable results across regulatory, risk & forensic services. We lead engagements day-to-day, shape work streams, and manage client relationships from senior-manager to director level.

The Manager drives teams, owns scope and budget, and ensures timely delivery in complex, regulated sectors. Candidates will bring leadership, client-facing communication, and clear problem-structuring skills for US clients.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of relevant experience in regulatory, risk & forensic, including leading teams or workstreams.
• Proven delivery of engagements or projects on time and on budget.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Able to structure ambiguous problems and lead others through them.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Lead Regulatory, Risk & Forensic engagements day to day — plan, team, quality, budget and client communication.
• Shape and lead the work in areas such as Regulatory Change, Risk Frameworks and Forensic & Investigations.
• Manage and develop a team of consultants and senior consultants.
• Hold the written scope and exclusions, manage change control and protect the timeline.
• Present findings and recommendations to client leaders and steering groups.
• Identify follow-on needs and contribute to proposals and pricing.
• Drive adoption and a clean handover to named client owners.
