Job summary

Taidou LLC is seeking a Director in Regulatory, Risk & Forensic in the United States. You will own a portfolio of client relationships, oversee delivery quality, and lead senior teams while driving revenue and practice strategy across Regulatory Change, Risk Frameworks, Forensic Investigations and Controls & Monitoring.

You will originate and close new work with executive buyers, shape hiring, and represent the firm with clients and in industry forums.

Qualifications

12–15 years of relevant experience in regulatory, risk & forensic, including senior client leadership.
Track record of originating and growing client relationships and revenue.
Experience leading large engagements and senior teams.
Recognized expertise in at least one area of the practice.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of Regulatory, Risk & Forensic clients and engagements, and grow it.
Originate, shape and close new work with executive buyers.
Lead the offering in one or more areas — Regulatory Change, Risk Frameworks, Forensic Investigations and Controls & Monitoring.
Oversee delivery quality across several engagements and step in when programmes are at risk.
Lead and develop senior managers and managers; shape hiring and staffing.
Contribute to practice strategy, pricing and thought leadership.
Represent Taidou with clients, in industry forums and in the market.
