Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex workflows and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities within deadlines.
• Interest in financial markets regulatory landscape and processes.
• Basic knowledge of financial products (equities, fixed income, derivatives).
• Basic knowledge of project management and business analysis is an advantage.
• Portuguese language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute key risk and control processes to ensure compliance with non-financial regulatory reporting obligations.
• Develop expertise in major US regulations (LOPR, 13G, 13F, etc.).
• Consult on business and functional projects to facilitate compliant commercial activity.
• Own client relationships with a focus on regulatory service.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders in business, Engineering, Compliance and Legal.
• Delve into complex system infrastructure to understand data flows and booking models.
• Leverage data analytics and automation tools to detect anomalies in reporting data.
• Design and lead implementation of solutions to deliver quality system and control frameworks.
