Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Compliance professional to provide coverage for the Controllers and Tax divisions, as well as Operations groups within revenue divisions located in Dallas. You will help fortify the firm’s regulatory posture and support regulatory inquiries.

This role focuses on analyzing regulatory changes, leveraging data analytics to identify risks, and translating complex rules into actionable guidance for the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant compliance, risk, or regulatory work in a US broker-dealer or financial institution.
• Knowledge of securities and derivatives markets.
• Familiarity with SEC, FINRA, CFTC, and NFA regulations.
• Experience interacting with regulators or audits.

Responsibilities

• Advise and influence divisions on regulations and risk.
• Use data analytics tools to identify patterns and insights.
• Assess impact of regulatory changes on The Core.
• Develop policies, standards, and processes for compliance.
• Investigate and manage compliance issues.
• Present findings to senior leaders.
• Coordinate with The Core Compliance team on initiatives.
