Job summary

Goldman Sachs in Dallas seeks an Associate for Regulatory Reporting within Global Banking & Markets Operations. The role focuses on time-sensitive regulatory submissions, data integrity, and risk management across NA regimes.

You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and ensure compliant reporting for a broad set of obligations. The position requires 2–3 years in financial operations, strong analytical skills, and experience with data tools and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Preferred 2-3 years work experience in the Financial or Business Industry.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analytics tools with AI experience.
• Analytical thinker with ability to translate strategy to execution.
• Experience with securities trading flows and regulatory obligations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform effective risk management in reporting time sensitive regulatory reporting accurately and timely.
• Develop expert knowledge of securities regulatory requirements and processes for NA regimes.
• Analyze data daily and pursue problem resolution while improving processes.
• Investigate and remediate issues with reports and strengthen controls.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to ensure data integrity and completeness.
• Oversee impact assessments for new markets, products, or regulations.
• Drive process improvements and AI-enabled automation for better accuracy and scalability.
• Support change programs with Legal, Compliance, Technology and various business units.
