Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years work experience in the Financial or Business Industry.
• Experience in audit/analysis, compliance, risk management and project work.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analytics tools (Alteryx) with AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform effective risk management in time-sensitive regulatory reporting.
• Develop expert knowledge of securities regulatory requirements for NA regimes.
• Analyze data daily and pursue problem resolution while improving processes.
• Investigate issues in reports and implement control improvements.
• Work on data integrity controls with Engineering and Operations.
• Provide oversight of impact assessments for new markets/products.
• Drive process improvements through automation and AI analytics.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives with Technology and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology and Operations on change programs.
• Act as a risk manager ensuring adherence to reporting obligations.
• Be flexible to support daily report production.
