Job summary

Goldman Sachs Dallas seeks a regulatory reporting professional to join the US Position Reporting team within Controllers. You will partner with Business, Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to support critical regulatory obligations, risk management, and strategic transformation initiatives.

You'll develop expertise across SEC, FINRA, CFTC and other disclosures, help automate controls, improve data quality, and ensure timely, accurate reporting to regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Services, Regulatory Reporting, Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel; SQL experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in beneficial ownership and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Monitor reporting obligations and position limits to ensure compliance.
• Review daily exceptions and drive remediation across stakeholders.
• Manage escalation processes for reporting exceptions and regulatory risks.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Business stakeholders on mitigation strategies.
• Analyze positions and exposures across equities and derivatives.
• Support responses to regulatory inquiries and examinations.
