Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Regulatory Operations professional to enhance the firm’s compliance with a broad set of non-financial regulatory reporting obligations. The role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to improve regulatory reporting rates and controls.

You will work on data integrity, process automation, and ongoing assessments of regulatory changes across North America regimes, contributing to risk management and efficient reporting workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and relevant work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analytics tools with AI experience.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and risk management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform effective risk management in time-sensitive regulatory reporting.
• Develop knowledge of securities regulatory requirements and related processes.
• Analyze data daily and pursue problem resolution while improving processes.
• Investigate, remediate and guide on report issues and improve controls.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on data integrity and controls.
• Assess impact of new markets, products, and regulations on reports.
• Drive process improvements through automation and AI-enabled analytics.
• Participate in strategic initiatives with Technology and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance and other groups on change and issues.
