Job summary

Goldman Sachs in Dallas seeks an Associate for Global Banking & Markets Operations-Regulatory Reporting. You will apply financial market knowledge to regulatory reform projects and collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Technology and Operations to improve reporting accuracy and timeliness.

You will develop expert knowledge of non-financial regulatory reporting obligations, perform data analysis, and drive process improvements with automation and AI-led analytics.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in financial or business industry.
• Experience with audit/analysis, compliance, risk, or project management is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and data analytics tools; familiarity with AI solutions is a bonus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; good documentation.
• Experience with securities/trading flows and regulatory obligations is preferred.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and capable of managing time and risk.

Responsibilities

• Perform effective risk management in time-sensitive regulatory reporting.
• Develop knowledge of securities regulatory requirements and related processes.
• Conduct daily data analysis and pursue issue resolution; improve processes.
• Remediate issues, provide supervisory guidance, and implement control improvements.
• Oversee data integrity with engineering and operations teams.
• Assess impacts of changes on reports for new markets, products, and regulations.
• Drive process automation and AI-led analytics to improve accuracy and scale.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives with technology and business units.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology and other groups on change programs.
