Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes is hiring a Manager, Product Group Engineering in Raynham, MA to lead a team of engineers responsible for design, development, integration, and lifecycle management of digital solutions across R&D and product platforms.

You will collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory and IT to translate scientific needs into scalable, secure, and compliant technology, driving speed to market and operational excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in software, systems, or product engineering.
• Hands-on experience with modern software development practices and lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, agile and/or hybrid delivery models, and engineering quality controls.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business and R&D requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and priorities in a matrixed organization.
• Proven people-management experience, including coaching and performance management.
