Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM product group engineering activities across R&D and product development lifecycle.
• Own PLM platform capabilities, configurations, integrations, and roadmaps.
• Lead applying AI, analytics, and automation to modernize R&D platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable PLM solutions.
• Ensure PLM solutions comply with regulatory, quality, and data integrity requirements.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers and analysts.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance data quality and usability.
• Manage vendor relationships and system partners.
• Support digital transformation initiatives within R&D Technology.
