Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes seeks a Manager, Product Group Engineering in Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA or Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Warsaw, IN or Raritan, NJ. You will lead a team of engineers responsible for the design, development, integration, and lifecycle management of digital and technology solutions.

You will collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory and IT to deliver scalable, compliant solutions, driving delivery, budgets, and people management in a regulated medical device

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related technical discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in software, systems, or product engineering in regulated environments.
• Experience translating requirements into technical solutions within cross-functional teams.
• Budget, timeline, and priority management in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of product group engineers delivering technology solutions across R&D and product platforms.
• Own end‑to‑end engineering lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and IT to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Ensure practices meet regulatory, quality, cybersecurity, and data privacy requirements.
• Drive engineering excellence through standardized processes and reviews.
• Manage delivery commitments, budgets, and vendor relationships.
