Qualifications

• 6-8 years in PLM, engineering systems, or R&D IT with hands-on PLM experience.
• Strong understanding of product development in regulated environments (medical devices/life sciences).
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives balancing business, technical, and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM product group engineering activities from concept to post-market changes.
• Own PLM platform capabilities, configurations, and roadmaps across functions.
• Apply AI, analytics, and automation to modernize R&D platforms and speed to market.
• Translate business/engineering requirements into scalable PLM solutions and processes.
• Ensure compliance with design controls, change management, and traceability.
• Lead and coach a team of engineers and analysts; drive continuous improvement.
