Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Permitting / Regulatory Compliance Specialist in the United States to support permit tracking, regulatory compliance monitoring, incentive compliance tracking, and coordination of construction permitting for selected projects.

You will verify regulatory approvals, maintain comprehensive permit logs, and collaborate with EPC Contractors, Construction Managers, and permitting authorities while ensuring compliance with local incentives and tax programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 8+ years of related experience in permitting or regulatory coordination.
• Experience with construction permitting and compliance tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an independent tracking matrix of permits, approvals, licenses, and regulatory milestones.
• Verify status of regulatory approvals and flag compliance gaps to leadership.
• Track requirements involving local, state, and federal agencies.
• Monitor incentive compliance and tax benefit tracking and reporting obligations.
• Review permit packages for completeness and accuracy and maintain logs.
