Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative work experience with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Degree in a related field preferred.
• Preference for personnel liaison experience (6+ months).
• Experience with ASPEN, Laserfiche, Versa Regulation, MFMP and CASPER preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter facility inspections into ASPEN and AEM.
• Review and ensure correct database entries for licensure and certification.
• Prepare hiring materials and maintain personnel files.
• Coordinate field office operations and respond to public records requests.
• Handle confidential correspondence and HR questions.
