Job summary

Agency for Health Care Administration is seeking a Regulatory Specialist I to manage licensure and certification data, track surveys and complaints, and generate survey reports. The role involves updating ASPEN, VERSA, and OSCAR systems, plus scanning and QA in Laserfiche.

Candidates should have at least one year of general office experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position is mission critical, with potential weekend or holiday work and disasterresponse duties.

Qualifications

• One year of general office experience.
• One year of documented computer experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain data base for analysis and management of State licensure & Federal certification of health care facilities and providers.
• Track requests for initial surveys, annual surveys, follow-up visits and complaints investigations.
• Create survey reports, develop letters, and ensure all required components of survey reports are completed.
• Update data in VERSA and retrieve OSCAR reports.
• Coordinate ASPEN changes and report system problems to the Central Office ASPEN coordinator.
• Perform scanning and quality assurance work in Laserfiche.
• Establish and utilize a tracking system for licensure status and survey schedules in accordance with state and federal rules.
