Job summary

The Agency for Health Care Administration in Florida is seeking a Regulatory Specialist I to manage licensure and federal certification data for health care facilities. The role tracks initial and annual surveys, follow-ups, and investigations while producing survey reports and letters.

You will update VERSA data, retrieve OSCAR reports, and prepare routine or special reports. The position requires coordinating ASPEN updates and handling Laserfiche scanning duties.

Qualifications

• One year of general office experience.
• One year of documented computer experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain database for licensure and federal certification of health care facilities.
• Track requests for initial surveys, annual surveys, follow-up visits and investigations.
• Create survey reports and develop letters; ensure all required components are completed.
• Update data in VERSA and retrieve OSCAR reports.
• Collect data and prepare routine or special reports as required.
• Coordinate ASPEN updates and report system problems to the Central Office ASPEN coordinator.
• Scan and perform quality assurance in Laserfiche.
• Maintain current division policies and process routine matters within policy.
