Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections using an established survey process.
• Evaluate facilities for state licensure and federal certification.
• Document findings and complete written survey reports.
• May work as an individual, team member or team leader on surveys.
• Complete Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test within 12 months.
• May be required to work weekends or holidays; travel may be extensive.
