Job summary

The State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration seeks a Regulatory Specialist I to support licensure and federal certification activities for health care facilities across Florida. You will prepare and maintain databases, track surveys, and generate routine and special reports to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include updating VERSA, retrieving OSCAR reports, coordinating ASPEN changes, scanning documents with Laserfiche, and maintaining survey schedules under state and federal

Qualifications

• One year of general office experience.
• One year of documented computer experience using Microsoft Office Programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain databases for licensure and federal certification analysis.
• Track requests for initial, annual and follow-up surveys and investigations.
• Create survey reports and develop letters; ensure all report components are complete.
• Update data in VERSA and retrieve OSCAR reports.
• Collect data and prepare routine or special reports as required by the supervisor.
• Coordinate with ASPEN and ensure timely changes and report system issues.
• Perform scanning and quality assurance in Laserfiche.
• Maintain current information on division policies and routine matters.
• Establish tracking systems for licensure status to plan survey schedules.
