You will track survey requests, perform annual surveys, follow-up visits, and investigations while producing survey reports and maintaining ASPEN/VERSA data.

The role requires coordinating with the Central Office ASPEN coordinator, updating Laserfiche records, and generating routine reports.

Qualifikationen

• One year of general office experience.
• One year of documented computer experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).

• Prepare and maintain a database for analysis of licensure and federal certification.
• Track requests for initial surveys, annual surveys, follow-up visits and investigations of complaints.
• Create survey reports and letters, ensure all components are completed.
