Job summary

The State of Florida, Agency for Health Care Administration, seeks a Regulatory Specialist I to manage licensure and federal certification data for health care facilities. You will coordinate surveys, generate reports, and maintain ASPEN, VERSA, and other systems to ensure timely updates and compliance.

This mission-essential role requires attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines, and readiness to support after-hours or emergency operations as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of general office experience.
• One year of documented computer experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain database for analysis and management of licensure & federal certification of health care facilities and providers.
• Track requests for initial surveys, annual surveys, follow-up visits and complaints investigations.
• Create survey reports, develop letters, and ensure all required components of survey reports are completed.
• Update data in VERSA and retrieve OSCAR reports as primary contact.
• Scan and perform quality assurance work in Laserfiche.
• Establish and utilize a tracking system for monitoring licensure status and create survey schedules.
