DePuy Synthes is seeking a Manager, Product Group Engineering to lead a team of technology and product engineers across R&D and product platforms. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, collaborating with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Product Management, and IT to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.

This role requires 6–8 years of experience in regulated tech environments, strong leadership, and proven ability to translate business needs into technical results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required; a Master’s is preferred.
• Experience in software, systems, or product engineering in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of product group engineers across R&D and product platforms.
• Own end-to-end engineering lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support.
• Partner with Product Management, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and IT stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, cybersecurity, and data privacy rules.
• Drive engineering excellence through standard processes and reviews.
• Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and vendor relationships.
