Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in software, systems, or product engineering in regulated or complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of product group engineers responsible for delivering technology solutions across R&D and product platforms.
• Own the end‑to‑end engineering lifecycle, including requirements definition, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Partner with Product Management, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and IT to translate needs into scalable, compliant tech solutions.
• Ensure engineering practices adhere to regulatory, quality, cybersecurity, and data privacy requirements.
• Drive engineering excellence through standardized processes, design reviews, and documentation.
• Manage delivery commitments, resource planning, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance management to team members.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
