Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of product group engineers delivering technology solutions across R&D and product platforms.
• Own the end-to-end engineering lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support.
• Partner with Product Management, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and IT to translate needs into scalable, compliant solutions.
• Ensure engineering practices meet regulatory, quality, cybersecurity, and data privacy requirements.
• Drive engineering excellence through standardized processes, design reviews and continuous improvement.
• Manage delivery commitments, budgets, and vendor relationships to meet timelines and costs.
• Provide coaching and performance management to team members and communicate progress to leadership.
