Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division seeks a Manager, Product Group Engineering in a multi-site setup (MA, PA, FL, IN, NJ). You will lead a team of engineers, own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital solutions, and partner with R&D, Quality, and Regulatory to deliver scalable, compliant technologies.

The role requires 6–8 years in regulated tech, strong leadership, and budget management. Travel up to 10–20% nationwide is expected; prior medical device experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required; Master’s preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive software, systems, or product engineering experience in regulated environments.
• Experience with SDLC, agile or hybrid delivery, and quality controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of product group engineers delivering technology solutions for R&D and product platforms.
• Own end-to-end engineering lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Quality, Regulatory and IT to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards.
• Drive standard processes, design reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to meet goals.
• Provide coaching and performance management to team members.
• Communicate progress and risks to leadership and escalate issues when needed.
