Job summary

Vonage in the United States is seeking a Customer Registration Manager to own registration workflows across platforms and systems. You will partner with TAMs, CSMs, and Product to ensure customers are onboarded accurately, tracked throughout the process, and kept in compliance with internal policies.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in operations or onboarding, strong organization, and experience with Salesforce and project tracking tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, customer success, or registration/onboarding in SaaS/CPaaS.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency with CRM and tracking tools like Salesforce, Jira, or Asana.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end processing of all customer registration requests across platforms and systems.
• Serve as primary contact for registration-related queries from TAMs, CSMs, and customers.
• Ensure customer data is captured, validated, and maintained in CRM and registration systems.
• Manage a queue of registrations with timely completion against SLAs.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Product to resolve blockers.
