Vonage is seeking a Registration Operations Manager to own the end-to-end processing of customer registrations across platforms, tools, and internal systems at the heart of our SaaS ecosystem. You will build dashboards, track completion rates, and report on SLA adherence while coordinating with sales, CS, and product teams to optimize our onboarding flow.
