Vonage is seeking a Product Manager – Channel Management to shape how businesses configure and use omnichannel communications within the Vonage Contact Centre platform. You will own the product roadmap, drive provisioning flows for WhatsApp, webchat, and email, and enhance the administrator experience for channel binding and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in product management.
• Knowledge of digital messaging channels and their configuration (WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, webchat).
• Understanding of messaging compliance frameworks (10DLC, toll-free verification).
• Experience with voice products including number management, porting, and routing.
• Ability to balance current user needs with innovation opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product vision and roadmap for channel setup and management within the Vonage Contact Centre platform.
• Drive provisioning flows for WhatsApp, webchat, and email setup frameworks.
• Define administrator experience for channel binding, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Own the roadmap for messaging registrations (10DLC, toll-free, RCS) and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, and compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
• Monitor messaging standards and drive platform updates to stay compliant and competitive.
• Define voice number porting, purchasing, and setup within the platform.
• Provide API route setup for advanced call routing configurations.
• Gather requirements from cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and market demand.
