Job summary

Vonage is seeking a Customer Registration Manager to own end-to-end customer registration across platforms, interfacing with TAMs and CSMs, and ensuring accurate onboarding data through CRM systems. You will coordinate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Product to resolve blockers and meet SLAs.

You will drive dashboards and reporting for visibility, improve registration workflows, and support scalable processes as the customer base grows in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, customer success, or registration/onboarding management in SaaS/tech.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with multi-tasking capability.
• Excellent attention to data accuracy and detail.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and project tracking (Jira/Asana).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end processing of customer registration across platforms and systems.
• Serve as primary contact for registration-related queries from TAMs, CSMs, and customers.
• Ensure customer data is captured, validated, and maintained in CRM and registration systems.
• Prioritize a queue of registration requests and meet SLAs.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Product to resolve blockers.
