Diversified USA in Portland, ME is seeking a Registration Coordinator to ensure attendees have a seamless experience from registration to on-site. You will build and manage online registration pages, coordinate with vendors and staff, and support the event teams across the company.

The role offers remote or hybrid work, travel 3–6 weeks annually, a salary range of 55,000–65,000 USD with a 5% bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an office or professional environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with Cvent, Workfront, Smartsheet or Jira is a plus.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Curiosity and a willingness to optimize processes and embrace AI.
• Clear written and verbal communication and a self-motivated, results-driven approach.
• Flexible team player able to adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and maintain multiple online event registration pages with QA.
• Collaborate with event teams and vendors to develop registration strategies.
• Serve as primary contact for registration questions and monitor centralized inbox.
• Generate custom registration reports and assist with invoice processing.
• Manage onsite registration with detailed layouts and tech/furniture needs.
• Contract local staffing agencies and oversee on-site registration operations.
• Maintain relationship with registration vendor call center.
• Provide technical assistance for event mobile apps and train users.
