Job summary

Conference Catalysts is seeking a Registration Associate to support a growing portfolio of conferences and events. This remote, full-time role focuses on registration workflows, data analysis, and client support, handling 50+ websites yearly with Cvent.

You will maintain attendee records, generate reports, and coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth experiences from registration through post-event reconciliation. Some domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience using event management platforms like Cvent to handle registration, reporting, and payment processing.
• Proven success managing registration for a variety of events, including both small-scale meetings and large, complex conferences.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, utilizing complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions to transform data into insights.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Highly adaptable with a knack for quickly learning new technologies and solving problems in real time.
• Associate's degree, or equivalent level of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and manage 50+ event registration websites each year using Cvent, including forms, logic, payment integrations, discount codes, and communication workflows.
• Maintain registration records, track attendee status, process updates or cancellations, and ensure data accuracy throughout the event lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary contact for registration-related inquiries, providing clear, prompt, and professional responses to clients and attendees.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc registration reports, dashboards, and analytics for both internal teams and clients.
• Reconcile post-event data and collaborate with finance teams to close out registrations and revenue reports accurately.
• Coordinate with other departments (marketing, logistics, tech) to ensure consistent attendee experience across platforms.
• Provide on-site support as needed, including badge printing, check-in, and troubleshooting onsite registration tools.
