Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Knowledge of higher education institutional data is preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience with Workday Student reporting or higher education SIS.
• Experience in a Registrar’s Office or similar academic environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports to support operations of the Office of the Registrar.
• Gather, document, and analyze business needs and reporting requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports using Workday Student reporting tools.
• Collaborate with offices to identify reporting needs and develop solutions.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis and reporting for audits and decision-making.
