Job summary

Endicott College seeks an Associate Registrar to deliver business analysis and data reporting for the Office of the Registrar. You will manage enrollment and degree verifications with NSC compliance and support degree audits and academic plans.

You will develop reports with Workday tools, collaborate across offices, and ensure data accuracy for regulatory reporting and audits. This role reports to the Registrar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in business analysis; knowledge of higher education data preferred.
• Minimum three years Workday Student reporting or SIS experience; Registrar's Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze reporting needs for the Registrar's Office.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports using Workday Student reporting tools.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative offices to define requirements and solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver accurate, user-friendly institutional reports.
• Interpret historical data to ensure reports are current and accurate.
• Perform data validation and quality checks for reporting integrity.
• Analyze reporting processes to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Maintain documentation for reports and serve as data SME.
• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot reporting issues and adapt to system changes.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis to support audits and institutional initiatives.
