Job summary

Simmons University is seeking an Associate Registrar for Systems and Analytics to lead student information systems, data governance, reporting, and analytics within the Office of the Registrar. The role drives system optimization, data integrity, and compliance, partnering with Technology and campus stakeholders.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in registrar operations and Workday experience; a Master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a Registrar’s Office, academic operations, or student services.
• Experience with a Student Information System (SIS), Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, configuration, and optimization of the student information system (Workday Student).
• Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and testing with Technology and vendors.
• Serve as primary contact for SIS issues and collaborate with Technology to resolve problems.
• Support Registrar functions: records, programs of studies, degree audits through system design and maintenance.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of student academic data.
• Develop data standards, documentation, and business process workflows.
