Responsibilities

• Follow established OT treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable goals.
• Oversee and evaluate care provided by OTAs and students.
• Chart patient progress accurately and timely.
• Use therapy software and equipment appropriately.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain safety.
