Life Care Centers of America seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide direct rehab care to patients referred by physicians. Work within an interdisciplinary team to support functional progress and quality of life in a skilled nursing setting.

Eligible candidates are NBCOT-certified, licensed in the applicable state, CPR-certified, and may have 1 year of experience. New grads are welcome to apply; full-time opportunity with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT).
• Current state license in good standing; CPR certification required.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Follow and adapt OT treatment plans for patients.
• Set realistic, measurable goals and track progress.
• Oversee care provided by OTAs and Rehab Aides.
• Document patient progress in charts and records.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team for outcomes.
• Ensure safety and quality in all clinical activities.
