Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide direct rehab services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in a PRN role. You will assess patients, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and functional independence.

Candidates must be NBCOT certified, hold a valid OT license, and be CPR certified. New graduates are welcome; experience in post-acute care is a plus.

Qualifications

• NBCOT cert upon hire; renewal optional.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT).
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with active license.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Follow occupational treatment plans for activities of daily living.
• Establish and modify realistic, measurable goals.
• Oversee and evaluate care given by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students.
• Chart progress accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Read, write, and understand the English language.
