Job summary

Ascension Seton Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Mother Baby unit on a full-time night shift. You will implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate across disciplines, and execute physician and nursing orders while coordinating discharge planning with the care team.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s): Certified BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Certified Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Preferred Credential(s): Certified Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
