Job summary

Ascension Seton Medical Center in Austin, TX is hiring an Antepartum Registered Nurse for full-time night shift. You will implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate discharge planning, and serve as the primary liaison among disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.

Requirements include RN licensure, BLS within 30 days of hire, and neonatal resuscitation considered a plus. Ascension offers comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and a supportive environment

Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire; American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse licensure required prior to hire.
• neonatal resuscitation credential preferred.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
