Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time, 12-hour night shift in Mishawaka, IN. The role includes Fri/Sat nights 7pm–7am with one additional weeknight and every other holiday. Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus and weekend premium pay of $7.05 are available.

RNs will float between Pediatrics, Mother Baby, and NICU, implementing and documenting care per standards and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Education and licensure requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Licensure: RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.
• Experience: Preferred 1+ years of experience in Peds, Mother Baby or NICU, but will consider new grad RN's

Responsibilities

• Implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
• RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
