Complete Care is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to provide clinical leadership and support the nursing team in a long-term care setting. You will oversee nursing staff during assigned shifts and help maintain high-quality resident care.

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
Previous experience supervising nursing staff in a long-term care setting is preferred
Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and all other elements of patient care
Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
